This will shorten the brass a bit, so it's good to trim it on the long end of the spectrum. Once you've shot each case once it should fire form to match a 9x18 chamber. Rounds produced this way will have a bit of a "coke bottle" shape in the middle where they are not yet expanded. Most (all?) 9x18 pistols are blowback, though, so be cautious since the action is less fault tolerant than a short-recoil lockup.
